Meet Mia
Rock climbing, both in competition and outdoors, is something I’ve had great passion for throughout the past decade. In my twelve years climbing and seven years competing, I’ve gained experience and knowledge not only from my own process, but from those of other elite athletes with whom I’ve been privileged to compete and train. From this, I’ve come to believe that there truly is no “one size fits all” approach to coaching performance climbing.
In addition to pursuing my own competition goals and outdoor objectives, I’m passionate about helping others rise to meet their goals for climbing while maintaining a love for the sport.
