Services and Offerings

RISE primarily operates using a membership model, offering comprehensive support with a once-monthly payment in place of pay-per-hour coaching. Included in their monthly payment, Member Athletes have access to numerous resources, including:

weekly or bi-weekly sessions with Coach Mia,

RISE store documents,

detailed post-session emails outlining learning and next steps,

text and email support,

a training outline and/or plan,

video analysis,

and a monthly RISE email digest.

Hourly coaching is offered for those unable to commit to the investment of a retainer plan, or for those seeking less consistent support. RISE Member Athletes receive discounts on any hourly coaching they desire outside of that which is provided in their membership.

Information on exactly what’s included in each Retainer tier, as well as pricing, is listed below.

  • Tier I

    This Membership is optimal for those seeking consistent guidance for their climbing, but with less in-person support than other memberships.

    Included monthly:

    Two 90-minute sessions

    Text and email support

    Strength training guidance

    All the additional benefits listed above

  • Tier II

    This membership offers everything included in Tier I, with 90 minute coaching sessions weekly instead of on alternating weeks.

    It’s perfect for those invested in their climbing, wanting in-person (or Zoom) support each week.

  • Tier III

    A unique offering!

    Tier three members receive access to Coach Mia for an outdoor session or competition day each month, making this plan optimal for competitive climbers or those seeking coaching on real rock.

    Also included in this tier are all the benefits of Tier two.

  • Al a Carte Coaching

    For those uninterested in/unable to commit to a membership.

    60 minutes of coaching support - in person or virtual.

Pricing

Rise utilizes sliding-scale pricing, aiming to offer more accessible coaching. Following an initial assessment, we’ll work together to find a price that’s practical for you. Below are pricing ranges for each offering.


  • $225-350

  • $375-500, with any additional hourly coaching 30% discounted.

  • $550-700, with any additional hourly coaching 40% discounted.

  • $75-120
