Rise Coaching is performance climbing oriented - whether your goals are rooted in competitions, outdoor objectives, or gym climbing - I offer different models to accommodate a variety of needs.

60 minutes of coaching support - in person or on a phone call/Zoom!

This is a great option to assess if Rise Coaching is the right fit for you, to receive short-term coaching support for a project or plateau, or even to supplement what’s included in a Retainer plan.

Hourly Coaching

Retainer Basic

This Retainer plan is optimal for those looking for consistent guidance in their climbing and training, but with less in-person support than other plans.

Included monthly:

  • Two 90 minute sessions, in-person or virtual

  • Text and email support- post-session emails with ways forward for your climbing outlined, video analysis, and spontaneous communication when you’re psyched to share the win or looking for guidance following a loss

  • Strength training guidance

Retainer Plus

Retainer Plus offers 90 minute coaching sessions weekly and a written training plan, in addition to text and email support and strength training guidance.

Perfect for those invested in their climbing, and seeking more frequent guidance.

Retainer Premium

Retainer Premium offers one outdoor session or competition day support each month, making this plan optimal for competitive climbers or those seeking coaching on real rock.

Premium also includes all of the services that Plus does, with weekly 90 minute sessions, text and email support, and video analysis.

Pricing

Rise utilizes sliding-scale pricing, aiming to offer more accessible coaching. Following an initial assessment, we’ll work together to find a price that’s reasonable for you! Below are typical pricing ranges for each offering.

Hourly Coaching: $70-110, with a 20% discount applied for sessions 2+ hours

Retainer Basic: $225-350, with any additional hourly coaching 30% discounted

Retainer Plus: $375-500, with any additional hourly coaching 40% discounted

Retainer Premium: $525-700, with any additional hourly coaching 50% discounted!
